Ben Nevis - Tourist Route
Ben Nevis is a route in “The Nevis” region / range which is located in the Loch Linnhe to Loch Ericht area of the Scottish Highlands as defined by the Scottish Mountaineering Club.
On this route you return by same wayBen Nevis is Britain's highest mountain and this route is the busiest. The climb is somewhat tedious as the path zigzags round the shoulder of Meall an t-Suidhe (711 metres) upto the psychological half-way point near Lochan Meall an t-Suidhe.
The path then continues zigzagging eight times to the summit. The path vanishes on the higher rocky slopes and navigation can be problematic.

When nearing the summit it's dangerous to navigate to the summit as on the north side is the impassably steep north face and to the south, the ground drops away steeply to Coire Eoghainn and Five Finger Gully. It's outlined in detail in Ben Nevis Safety
