Ben Chonzie via Glen Turret is a route in “The Glen Lednock” region / range which is located in the Loch Lomond to Loch Tay area of the Scottish Highlands as defined by the Scottish Mountaineering Club.

On this route you return by same way

Ben Chonzie looks like a big flat hilltop, and is often regarded as one of the most boring munros in the highlands. However if you do the full circuit it's quite a strenous walk. There's a short grassy scamble climbing above Lochan Uaine onto the north eastern ridge.

On returning by the long ridge south westerly over Carn Chois (786 metre) , care needs to be taken in mist to keep to its top, avoiding the steep valleys dropping into Loch Turret.

Distance: 15km / 9 miles
Ascent: 915m / 3002 feet
Time: 5 hours plus
