Beinn Mhanach is a route in “The Bridge of Orchy” region / range which is located in the Loch Tay to Loch Rannoch area of the Scottish Highlands as defined by the Scottish Mountaineering Club.

On this route you return by same way

Nice easy munro with long (7km) walk into Auch Glean. Once the southern foot of Beinn Mhanach is reached it's a steep ascent up the grassy banks of Chuirn.

The long approach to Beinn Mhanach winds up Auch Gleann and the track fords the Alt Kinglass 7 times which can cause difficulties if the river is high.

The summit of Beinn Mhanach offers the best view of Beinn Dorain plus it offers excellent views of the other Orchy Hills.
