The Mamores

The Mamores is a region in Scotand and is located in the area Loch Linnhe to Loch Ericht as defined by SMC

There are 10 munros around here.The highest munro is Binnein Mor at a height of 1130 metres .The smallest munro is Mullach nan Coirean at a height of 939 metres .

Details

Between Loch Leven and Glen Nevis, is the long ridge stretching 20 km east to west throwing spurs that are steep and sharp to the north & south.

There is a amazing network of stalkers paths with the ones on the southern flank being the most usefull to the hillwalker as they penetrate most of the corries and reach the main ridge.
