Mountain Description for Spidean Coire nan Clach
Spidean Coire nan Clach is an munro in Scotand and is located in the area Coulin and Torridon as defined by SMC
(and lies in region known as Torridon )
Spidean Coire nan Clach lies in the centre of the Beinn Eighe ridge linking Sgurr Ban on the north east, Coinneach Mhor on the west and Coinneach Mhor on the west which splits into two with the northern branch linking the munro Ruadh-stac Mor on the north.
To the north west is the corrie of Coire Mhic Fhearchair which is probably the most famous feature of Beinn Eighe often known as the “triple buttress corrie” in view of the three large rock features the dominate the view. This also contains a dark loch mirroring the “triple buttress corrie” which is quite beautiful even in bad weather.
Any visit to the Bienn Eighe mountain range should include a visit to the corrie as it must be one of Scotland finest.
