Carn Dearg - Carn Ballach is an hilltop in Scotand and is located in the area Glen Roy to Monadhliath as defined by SMC
(and lies in region known as Monadhliath )
Carn Ballach is one of Carn Dearg (Monadh Liath)'s northern tops that lie its high level plateau which is approximately 7km long and has a fence along most of it. There is also another northern top on Carn Dearg (Monadh Liath) which is situated to the south west of Carn Ballach and is called Carn Ban.
The top is usually climbed when traversing Carn Dearg (Monadh Liath).
