Beinn Bhrotain is an munro in Scotand and is located in the area The Cairngorms as defined by SMC
(and lies in region known as Braemar )
Beinn Bhrotain is a vast complex granite mountain and it's most impressive features are the steep rocky cliffs on the northern flank which drop down into Glen Geusachan below.
The southern & westerns slopes offer long easy slopes of featureless moorland dropping into Glen Geldie and Glen Feshie.
Beinn Bhrotain dominates Glen Dee & Glen Geldie which it's many broad ridges reaching in all directions. The easiest approach via the west from a bulldozed track starting from White Bridge.
